Festival Exhibition
A celebration of dynamic contemporary art, 19 July - 31 August 2025

Festival Exhibition : A celebration of dynamic contemporary art

Forthcoming exhibition
  • Overview
Festival Exhibition , A celebration of dynamic contemporary art

A fascinating contemporary Festival show presenting a striking mix of emerging and established talent.

We’re delighted to present a vibrant tapestry of new works in contemporary expression featuring pieces from nearly 30 visionary artists, including Ben Lucas, Jane Cruickshank, John McClenaghen, Madeleine Gardiner, Neal Greig, Nerine Tassie, Pauline Cumming, Robert Pereira Hind, and Rose Strang. This dynamic showcase unites a diverse collective of creators whose shared intent is to explore the interplay of human experience, memory, and the natural world.

These artists, though distinct in their approaches, are bound by a common thread: a profound engagement with the emotional and intellectual resonance of their subjects. Their works - ranging from luminous paintings to intricate and contemporary sculptures - reflect a deep curiosity about the world and its myriad connections. Ben Lucas’s textured abstractions and Rose Strang’s atmospheric landscapes, for instance, both evoke a sense of place and introspection, while Jane Cruickshank’s delicate compositions and Nerine Tassie’s vibrant forms invite viewers to reconsider the boundaries of perception.

Each artist employs innovative techniques and materials to challenge conventions, creating pieces that pulse with immediacy and invite contemplation. Their collective focus on themes of identity, transformation, and environmental dialogue creates a rich tapestry of expression that speaks to contemporary audiences. This exhibition celebrates their shared commitment to pushing boundaries, offering a space where personal narratives and universal truths intertwine. This exhibition is a testament to their shared vision: art as a conduit for emotional and intellectual exploration, weaving a vibrant tapestry that resonates with contemporary audiences. Join us in experiencing this powerful convergence of creativity and purpose.
