Andrea has had an international career and education in the arts and engineering.

Andrea Varotto is an Argentinian visual artist living and working between London and Buenos Aires. Her practice explores the relationship between nature and abstraction, creating contemplative spaces where gesture, colour, and movement evoke both energy and stillness.

Andrea studied Engineering, Marketing, and Business Administration before becoming a full-time artist. With her professional background in industrial engineering, her approach to painting reflects a balance between structure and intuition. This duality is central to her work, where layered compositions translate natural rhythms into visual form.

She has developed her artistic practice through studies at the Art Students League of New York and training with artists including Sergio Bazán, Manuel Amestoy, and Agustina Núñez at Fundación Cazadores in Buenos Aires. She has also participated in art clinics with Ernesto Pesce, Ariel Mlynarzewicz, Jorge González Perrin, Alejandra Roux, Carolina Antoniadis, Luis Altieri, and María Laura Pini.

Her work has been exhibited internationally, including the Affordable Art Fair London (2025, 2026), The Other Art Fair London (2024, 2025), Arte en la Herencia (Buenos Aires, 2024), Galería Alvear (2023) and BADA art Fair in Buenos Aires.

She has also participated in the Affordable Art Fair New York (2019) and BADA art fairs in Madrid and Buenos Aires.
