Who let the dogs out? More importantly, who lets them in?
Luxury hotel Kimpton Charlotte Square is a haven for pampered pooches and guests alike. Artist Leon Anderson is justly admired for his unusual pet portraits and it's his works that are now on display in the Kimpton.
There's three main sections in Leon's solo show to pique your interest: Dapper Dogs, The Leaders of the Pack and The Gentlemen's Club. Each has their own unique style, fully embracing Leon's quirky combination of traditional classic art and animals.
We're delighted to be working with both Leon and the Kimpton to put on such a fabulous show. Many of the public areas in the hotel from the reception to the popular glass-topped central courtyard are decorated with animal portaits including Queen Whip-toria, Sherlock Bones and Sir Grayson. The Dapper Dogs exhibition at the Kimpton Charlotte Square Hotel is on until the end of August.
