Lucy graduated from Norwich School of Art in 1997 with a BA Hons in Visual Studies. After returning to Wales, she quickly established herself in the local art scene, exhibiting in various private and public galleries. She notably won the annual Open award twice at Oriel 31 in Newtown and participated in prestigious events like the Wales Drawing Biennale.

Artistic Process and Inspiration

Working from her studio in Edinburgh's New Town, Lucy employs a diverse range of media including paint, collage, printmaking, drawing, and hot wax. Her creative approach is characterized by experimental techniques and unconventional material combinations.
