Artistic Background

Born in Glasgow in 1966, Garry studied at Glasgow School of Art, graduating in 1988. His fascination with visual storytelling initially led him to work as a designer for television at STV for 20 years before he committed to painting full-time, a transition that has brought him considerable success and recognition.

Garry's work is displayed in galleries across Scotland and the UK, including at Graystone Gallery. His paintings have found homes in numerous private collections throughout the UK, USA, France, and the Netherlands.
