Alison is an award-winning kiln-formed glass artist who works from her studio in Edinburgh. She has been working with glass since 2013 and graduated with distinction with an HND in Glass Art Design and Production from City of Glasgow College in 2018. She finds working with glass a fascinating mix of art and science and is driven by a passion for exploring innovative techniques and pushing the boundaries of what glass can do, taking advantage of both the restraints and versatility of it as a medium. This allows her to experiment with various forms and textures to create unique sculptural pieces and vessels.
