Lesley grew up in central Scotland and now lives in the Boarders, after studying at Exceter College of Art and D
Lesley was born in Rutherglen and lived in various places in central Scotland until heading south to London as a teenager. She then lived in Kent briefly before moving to Devon where she attended Exeter College of Art. After several years, Lesley returned to Scotland and has lived in the Borders ever since and it is there that she brought up her family and began her career as a painter. She has exhibited her work throughout the UK, from London to Aberdeen. Although technically 'retired' now, she intends to paint until she can't! Lesley feels incredibly lucky to absolutely love what she does.
