Neal's works offer tangible evidence of the inherent beauty of nature.

Neal Greig RUA has developed his distinctive artistic practice over more than two decades, creating paintings that capture the organic quality of fleeting moments in nature. His work is characterized by textured brushstrokes that add temporal depth to his compositions, offering tangible evidence of the inherent beauty found in natural environments.

Inspiration and Approach

Deriving inspiration from the quiet corners of woodland and lakes across Tyrone, Fermanagh, Armagh, and Monaghan, Neal also extends his vision to the west coast of Ireland and beyond. His painterly language has evolved through direct engagement with landscapes, responding to environmental conditions and the passage of time, before translating these experiences into larger studio works.
