Gill Knight

Gill’s immersive semi-abstract seascapes bring emotions to life. She uses a reduced palette to convey a strong sense of atmosphere to the viewer, feeling the need to transfer her experiences, feelings and memories into paint – often inspired by regular outdoor walks. A self-taught Edinburgh based artist, Gill works from her studio in South Queensferry.
